How to Report TPL/Other Insurance Changes
Pharmacy providers can report TPL/Other insurance changes on behalf of beneficiaries using one
of three methods. Get more information here. Beneficiaries should contact the MDCH Beneficiary Helpline at 800/642-3195
to report insurance changes.
