Reminder: Michigan Medicaid Reimburses Medicare Part B Co-Insurance
This is
a reminder to pharmacy providers that Michigan Medicaid continues to reimburse the Medicare
Part B co-insurance for Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries. Pharmacies must bill the Medicare Part
B Carrier before billing Michigan Medicaid's PBM First Health Services Corporation for the Medicare
Part B co-insurance amount(s). If you have questions on billing, contact First Health's Technical
Call Center at 877-624-5204.
